Limited Edition Autumnal Recipe Cards from Sabato
A series of twelve individual recipe cards featuring recipes for food to share with family and friends as the days draw in.
The recipes have step by step instructions featured on one side of the card and the plastic sleeve they arrive in makes for a handy desk calendar like stand to display them in the kitchen while you are preparing the dish of your choice and then protective storage once you are finished.
Developed and tested by Julie Le Clerc well known for her cookbooks Little Café Cakes and Taking Tea in the Medina among others.
The very colourful cover photograph is of her Warm Lentil, Beetroot and Haloumi Salad and although none of her famous little cakes are actually included in this set ~ such as those I have been very fortunate to sample along with my mother on a most memorable outing to Auckland to attend a Ladies Litera-tea inaugurated by The Women's Bookshop ~ there are definitely delectable delights for those with a sweet tooth too ~ such as her Limoncello Ricotta Cheesecake
