"Angel Flames" Birthday Cake Candles

Birthday cake candles that burn with red, purple, green, blue, and gold/orange flames.

These candles are non-toxic ~ they do not give off harmful smoke or combustion gases.

Each candle is 55mm tall and 5mm wide and they come in a variety of pretty colours.

Burning time is about 8 minutes which is much longer than it takes to sing 'Happy Birthday'!

There are 12 candles in a pack, two in each wax colour.

Inside each pack there are also 12 white plastic candle holders for attaching the candles to your cake.

Fun for both and adults and children's celebrations.

How do they do that?

"In the UK, Sir Humphrey Davy realised that metal salts burning would change the colour of the flame. (Remember those school chemistry lessons?) That was in the 1790s. It's taken since then to perfect a formula that will allow a candle to burn in this way.

Of course fireworks have exploded with coloured sparks for hundreds of years, since the Chinese first pioneered them. And mankind has been playing with fire for centuries!"
